Chai Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Make one 16-ounce smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened milk substitute of choice (e.g., almond, oat, coconut, cashew, etc.)
1 large ripe banana (cut into chunks and frozen, if desired)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon Catalina Chai
Optional: 1 tablespoon protein powder for extra protein and/or honey to taste for a little sweetness
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!
