Holé Molé Guacamole

Craving guacamole with a depth of flavor beyond the ordinary? Look no further than Holé Molé Guacamole! This recipe infuses the classic avocado dip with the magic of my signature Holé Molé spice blend. A secret weapon in my kitchen, Holé Molé is a handcrafted symphony of toasted Pepitas (pumpkin seeds), sesame seeds, and rich cocoa powder, alongside warming spices like cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. But that's not all! A touch of smokiness from a blend of dried chiles adds a hint of intrigue, making this guacamole an experience for your taste buds!

Holé Molé Guacamole

Makes about 4 cups guacamole


Ingredients:

  • 4 large ripe avocados (2 cups mashed)

  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro

  • 1/2 cup minced red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels

  • 1 serrano chile, seeded and minced (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon Holé Molé

  • Kosher salt


Directions:


Mix all ingredients together and season with kosher salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or alongside all of your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes!
