Keep Warm and Curry On

Chilly winter weather calls for comfort food. And while everyone's definition of "comfort food" is different depending on their cultural background, life experiences, and family food history, one thing rings true when it's cold out, and that is that we want our food to make us feel warm and fuzzy and satisfied. That, my friends, is the inspiration for my newest small batch, handcrafted spice blend - Spicy Coconut Curry Blend.

My Spicy Coconut Curry Blend starts with coconut, New Mexico chiles, coriander, cumin, and fennel, which all get lightly toasted and then blended together with turmeric and a little kosher salt to bring it all together. It's rich and warm with just a little kick for funsies, and you're going to want to use it in everything.

Need some ideas for your new Spicy Coconut Curry Blend? Try one of these:

  • Mix it into your scrambled eggs at breakfast

  • Kick your chicken salad sandwich up a notch

  • Make a quick vegetable curry

  • Use it as a dry rub on your next roast chicken

  • Season cubes of steak with it for some next-level beef skewers

Spicy Coconut Curry Blend is available NOW. Get yours today by clicking here.
