Talk Herby To Me Chicken

Talk Herby To Me Chicken is a quick and easy dish that'll have your taste buds doing the chicken dance. This sassy spin on Ranch Chicken features my secret weapon: my small batch spice blend called Talk Herby To Me. It's a flavor explosion of parsley, dill, garlic, and other herbaceous goodness that'll make your chicken sing. Trust me, this dish is so good, it'll have you saying, "Talk herby to me, baby!"

Talk Herby To Me Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Talk Herby To Me

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • Kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and Talk Herby To Me. Transfer half the sauce to a large ziplock bag.

Pat the chicken dry. Season the chicken with salt, then transfer it to the ziplock bag with the sauce. Squeeze out the air, seal the top of the bag, and rub the sauce all over the chicken to coat completely. Allow the chicken to marinade at least 15 minutes or refrigerate overnight. (Remove from fridge about 30 minutes prior to cooking.)

Heat the oil in a large cast iron (or nonstick) skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until nicely caramelized on the outside, the juices run clear, and the internal temperature reaches 160F, around 5 to 7 minutes per side.. Allow chicken to rest at least five minutes before slicing.

Serve the chicken with the remaining sauce. Add a small amount of water to the sauce if you want to be able to drizzle it.
