Looking for an easy way to upgrade your meal prep routine? Make a batch of these Vanilla Chai Overnight Oats on Sunday, and enjoy a whole week's worth of healthy breakfast or snack options! Packed with fiber and protein and infused with my To Live and Chai in LA spice blend, these overnight oats will have you jumping out of bed excited to start the day.
Note: To Live and Chai in LA is a Fall seasonal item, but this recipe also works incredibly well with my Catalina Chai blend, which is part of my Year-Round Pantry Staples collection.
Let's get prepping, shall we?
Vanilla Chai Overnight Oats
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons To Live and Chai in LA
Pinch sea salt
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cups milk (or milk substitute) of choice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey (or other liquid sweetener)
Optional toppings: nut butter, banana, apple, berries, walnuts, or sliced almonds
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, chia seeds, To Live and Chai in LA, and sea salt. Add the yogurt, milk, and honey and stir to combine.
Divide the mixture among 6 small containers and cover with lids. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 6 days.
When ready to eat, just remove a jar from the fridge, add optional toppings, and enjoy!
