Inspired by my love of all things coffee and chiles, this blend is both flavorful and versatile and works well with a variety of dishes. Try it on grilled or roasted meats or vegetables, on roasted nuts, and even in chocolate truffles. It is also a great addition to marinades, rubs, and sauces.
