Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Hard Wheat Flour (Wheat, Malted Barley, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Granulated Sugar, Rice Flour, English Garden (Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Fennel, Basil, Rose Petals), Kosher Salt

What you need: 11 ounces (2 sticks plus 6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature.
Instructions: Using a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, beat butter on high until fluffy. Adjust mixer to low, add dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Transfer dough to a lightly floured piece of parchment and form into a flat disc. Top with another piece of parchment and roll out dough to about 1/8" thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut desired shapes, re-rolling scraps. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze at least one hour before baking for best results. Heat oven to 350F and bake 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just barely golden. Allow cookies to cool completely before topping with a simple powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
