Ingredients: Holé Mole (Pasilla, Guajillo, Arbol, California & New Mexico Chiles; Star Anise; Cinnamon; Bay; Coriander; Pepitas; Sesame Seeds; Achiote; Oregano; Cumin; Cocoa Powder; Kosher Salt), Dried Minced Onion, Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Great Northern Beans
What You'll Need: 1 pound lean ground beef/turkey/chicken; 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes, 1 (12-ounce) dark or amber beer, 6 cups low sodium beef or chicken broth
Stovetop Cooking Instructions: In a large pot, brown meat and then use a paper towel to remove excess fat. Add contents of jar plus diced tomatoes, beer, and broth. Bring to a boil then simmer, covered, 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender.
Pressure Cooker (Instant Pot) Instructions: Brown meat using Saute mode and then use a paper towel to remove excess fat. Add contents of jar plus diced tomatoes, beer, and broth. Close lid and pressure cook on high for 45 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes, then manually release remaining pressure. Remove lid and switch to Saute mode again to allow chili to thicken to desired consistency.
