Street Corn Sprinkle is an homage to Elote (aka Mexican Street Corn), that symbol of Mexican street food culture involving roasted corn on the cob slathered with a mixture of mayonnaise, crema, chili powder, and cheese, and garnished with lime juice and cilantro. Street Corn Sprinkle is cheesy and tangy and creamy and sweet and spicy and delightful, just like Elote, and you're going to want to sprinkle it on everything from your next corn on the cob to your morning eggs.
